Edenton's Historic Lighthouse Restoration

People in the historic town of Edenton, North Carolina are in the process of restoring a beautiful piece of their coastal heritage... an 1886 Roanoke River Lighthouse that used to guide sailors from Albemarle Sound into the Roanoke River. It is one of the last "screw pile" lighthouses left in America.
