Tour groups go behind the scenes to chat with owners/chefs, so that guests can hear their stories and sample their foods.

We were on the tour in the video and it was so worth it. The guides were as friendly and knowledgeable as you could wish for. The tour was at a very comfortable pace and the variety of dishes broad. Guests came in from out of town for this tour.
