The 5,516 foot Big Bald, a mountain on the Tennessee-North Carolina Border, has one of the best views of any peak on the trail.

i visited the big bald mountain and its breathtaking. the pictures do not do it justice and the views of the surounding mountains are so infinite....all i could say is WOW!
