Hello: Have tried all of these places - all are great, and the Century Kitchen at Flint Hill is undoubtedly one of the finest restaurants we've eaten in (both in atmosphere and cuisine). But you've left out an important winery bistro not listed here. It's the Big Woods Restaurant at Sanders Ridge Winery which features a superbly prepared, yet simple cuisine (you've got to try their fried green tomatoes...they'll set a standard for you, that's for sure). We've eaten there on several occasions and have not been disappointed - not to mention the delightful "mountain lodge" atmosphere with their huge post and beam building. You can view them at: http://www.sandersridge.com/big_woods/big_woods.htm Keep up the good work, but it's important for many of us that you maintain an accurate up-to-date listing of NC wineries that actually serve food whether in a bistro or formal restaurant setting. Thanks, Ben Herrmann Fuquay Varina, NC.
