Experience Concord Mills

Concord Mills, located in Concord a few minutes’ drive from Charlotte Motor Speedway, is one of North Carolina's most visited attractions. To honor NC as the “Heart of Motorsports,” the mall was designed in the shape of an oval racetrack. The shopping center features over 200 stores including manufacture and retail outlets, off-price retailers and unique specialty stores.

Divided into sections, each one representing the unique crafts, culture and traditions of North Carolina, the courtyards and shopping neighborhoods honor the state’s gardens, beaches, college basketball teams, NASCAR racing, textile industry and furniture manufacturers. The Carolina Lily, the state flower, is the mall’s logo, depicted in 3-D artwork at Entrance 3. Concord Mills strives to remind visitors that they are immersed in a rich and proud culture.

The mall also features a festive food court, theme restaurants, a 24-screen state-of-the-art AMC Theater and NASCAR Speed Park, which all play a part of the shopping adventure. The Speed Park features three outdoor go-cart tracks, bumper boats, a rock climbing wall, laser tag, mini golf and kids’ rides. NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway at the mall features the world’s most realistic racing simulators, where you can race against your friends at simulated speeds up to 200 mph.

And, of course, there’s the shopping. Over 200 retailers provide a grand shopping experience. First-class shopping can be found at Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, OFF 5th Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet, Ann Taylor Loft and Sun Ski Sport Outlet, just to name a few!

Concord Mills also offers hospitality packages for groups of ten or more, Smart Cartes, complimentary wheelchairs, automated teller machines and “Shop and Stay Getaway” packages at area hotels.

When to Go: Monday-Saturday 10am-9:30pm, Sunday 11am-7pm

How to Get There: Take Exit 49 from I-85. If you’re traveling South, make a right off the exit, then left into Concord Mills. Traveling North, make a left off the exit, then another left into Concord Mills.
