JackBeagle's

3213 N. Davidson St., Charlotte, NC 28205

JackBeagle’s, named in honor of the owner’s rescue dog, is a laid-back NoDa spot where live local music and NC brews set the tone. The patio is a favorite for dog owners, with plenty of room for pups to relax while their people settle in. Before heading out, pause for a quick photo by the dog-themed mural just outside — it’s a fitting tribute to the restaurant’s four-legged inspiration. Not ready for the night to end? The aptly named Dog Bar is just a couple of blocks away.

Lucky Dog Bark and Brew

2220 Thrift Road, Charlotte, NC 28208

Lucky Dog Bark and Brew flips the script by letting dogs pick the hangout. With locations around Charlotte, pups can go off-leash in a fenced play yard while their people kick back with a drink. And if a post-play bath gets offered, it’s less a “bamboozle” and more a smart move for anyone hoping to keep the car ride home stink-free.
