Located at Mile Marker 10 near North Carolina’s beautiful Great Smoky Mountains in Waynesville, this Welcome Center – which was remodeled in 2020 – is open daily from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. to get your scenic vacation started right. It's closed on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
