Oct. 22 Report - Singletary Lake State Park

Bring your group to Singletary Lake State Park and enjoy group camping this fall. The lake water has a high acidity level, which limits the number of fish that inhabit the lake. In turn, recreation fishing is limited. Yellow perch is one species that thrives in the lake, and the fishing of perch is permitted by the general public when the group camp is not in use. Visitors must arrange for access by contacting the park staff.
