Highway 64 West between Franklin and Hayesville

Sharmane OgdenOct. 16 Report - Franklin

Oct. 16, 2013, Highway 64 West between Franklin and Hayesville at the Standing Indian Campground turnoff.

Fall foliage is all ablaze at the top of Wallace Gap and the Standing Indian Area. The scenery is absolutely beautiful! Chunky Gal Stables of Hayesville has been taking people there for hay rides. It's still fairly green going down the mountain on either side.
