Our 2025-2026 Signature Series Season concludes with two works that display the joyful vitality of chamber music. Gabriel Fauré’s Piano Quartet No. 2 in G Minor is forceful, passionate, and energetic, an imposing work that’s sure to keep you on the edge of your seat. This most impassioned of Fauré’s works is paired with Johannes Brahms’s monumental Piano Quartet No. 2 in A Major. Sometimes lyrical, sometimes muscular, this largest of Brahms’s chamber works is colossal, dramatic, and vibrant.
