The NC BBQ Hall of Fame and NC Pork Council are bringing the Whole Hog Cook-Off to downtown Graham! Pitmasters from across North Carolina will fire up their cookers Friday evening and tend their hogs throughout the night, showcasing the time-honored traditions that make North Carolina barbecue legendary.
Come hungry on Saturday and enjoy authentic whole-hog barbecue served fresh off the pit. Each BBQ plate features chopped whole-hog pork packed with the rich, smoky flavor that only slow-cooked Carolina barbecue can deliver. Watch talented pitmasters compete for barbecue bragging rights and a chance to earn induction into the NC BBQ Hall of Fame.
