The Masonic Home for Children is the oldest children's home in North Carolina. Each fall, Oxford rolls out a heartfelt welcome to alumni of the Home during its beloved Homecoming Festival. Everyone is welcome to celebrate with the community!
The main day of celebration kicks off on Saturday, Oct. 10, with the welcome at 10 a.m. A highlight of the day is the parade — North Carolina's largest and greatest Shrine Parade — at 11 a.m. Following the parade, guests can enjoy a BBQ plate for $10, and amusement rides run from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Don't miss the day of music, including a performance by The Embers. All in all, it's a day filled with joy and connection.
