Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra Presents "John Williams & His Influences"

Blast off on an out-of-this-world adventure with the Fayetteville Symphony Orchestra! Experience the music from two of John Williams's most iconic film scores, "E.T.-The Extra-Terrestrial" and "Star Wars." The music will be paired with some of the classical greats that inspired them: Richard Wagner's "Meistersinger Overture," Gustav Holst's "Mars" from "The Planets," Sergei Prokofiev's "The Birth of Kijé," and selections from Igor Stravinsky's "The Firebird." This concert is a great fit for lovers of music that evokes character and tells a story.
