Craft Fair of the Southern Highlands

You'll find more than 100 juried artists representing the Southern Highland region. There will be a wide range of fine crafts across 12 media: clay, fiber, wood, metal, glass,, leather, jewelry, natural materials, and more. Take in live demonstrations and hands-on crafts education. The craft fair provides the unique opportunity to shop handmade items and also meet the makers behind the work. This twice-a-year event (also in the fall) is a celebration of Appalachian tradition, creativity and community.

This year, 10 of the 20 selected Artists are part of the Southern Highland Craft Guild's new Emerging Artist Program. Meet the next generation of crafters and learn more about the benefits of the program for regional makers. This is also a wonderful opportunity for artists interested in pursuing a professional career in craft.
