Cider, Wine & Dine Weekend is a four-day celebration of local cider, wine and farm-to-table cuisine in the Blue Ridge Mountains, April 30-May 3, 2026, in Hendersonville. Timed with the first weekend of North Carolina Wine Month, the event offers behind-the-scenes access to vineyards, cideries and orchards as spring unfolds across apple country — a season when mountain views, orchard blossoms and newly released wines converge.

Spanning multiple locations across Hendersonville and surrounding communities, the weekend invites visitors to explore eight vineyards, two cideries, a meadery and a family-owned apple orchard at their own pace. Participating locations include Appalachian Ridge Artisan Hard Cider; J&M Farms; Marked Tree Vineyard; Point Lookout Vineyards; Saint Paul Mountain Vineyards; Sawyer Springs Vineyard; Souther Williams Vineyard; Stone Ashe Vineyards; World’s Edge Meadery; Season’s at Highland Lake; and The Silo Cookhouse at The Horse Shoe Farm.

The weekend begins Thursday night with A Taste of Hendersonville at The Horse Shoe Farm, an elevated dinner pairing regional wines with seasonal dishes. Throughout the weekend, guests can experience guided vineyard walks, orchard hikes, tastings, food gatherings and live music.

For wine and cider enthusiasts, the appeal lies in the concentration of producers within a short drive, allowing visitors to sample the breadth of the Crest of the Blue Ridge wine region in a single long weekend. For culinary travelers, it offers direct connections to growers, winemakers and chefs during a limited spring window when orchard and vineyard activity is at its peak.
