As a signature benefit for the Cashiers Historical Society, this year’s event invites visitors to explore a stunning 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath cottage retreat nestled within Cashiers Lake – a new development centered on nature, wellness and connection. Rooted in mountain vernacular yet reimagined through a refined contemporary lens, the Showhouse serves as a masterclass in craftsmanship, brought to life by a team of renowned interior designers from the Cashiers–Highlands plateau and across the Southeast.

More than just a home tour, the Showhouse is a weeklong celebration of culture and lifestyle that brings thousands to the heart of the Cashiers Valley. Guests can expect a curated experience featuring the beloved Vendor Village, where style and mountain charm converge.
