AVL Sounds Fest

AVL Sounds Fest ahowcases Asheville's vibrant venue ecosystem and genre-bending lineups. Spotlighting Asheville’s diverse music and arts scene, AVL Sounds Fest will once again fill area concert halls, clubs and outdoor venues alike with an exceptional lineup of local, regional and national talent featuring more than 200 unique acts. Performance showcases are set to take place Thursday August 6-Sunday, August 9 with wristbands granting passholders access to more than 15 participating Asheville venues.

Headliners include Dr. Dog; Preservation Hall Jazz Band; Big Freedia; Karl Denson's Tiny Universe; Grace Bowers, Young Gun Silver Fox, Tyler Ramsey & Carl Broemel (of My Morning Jacket); Sir Woman; Improvement Movement; River Whyless; JD Pinkus & Tall Tall Trees; Secret Agent 23 Skidoo; and many more!
