Join us for the 12th Annual Tryon International Film Festival! Four days of education, screenings, networking, parties, awards, and more! TRIFF stands out for bringing a global showcase of independent cinema into the heart of the charming small town of Tryon. What makes the festival special? This is Global Cinema in a Small Town! The festival screens close to 100 carefully curated independent films and documentaries selected from hundreds of international submissions. Roughly 70% of the selected films have directors, producers, actors, or crew members in attendance for personal Q&As and meet-and-greets. Events and screenings utilize unique local spaces like the historic Tryon Theatre and the Tryon Fine Arts Center.
