Dragon Boat Festival

You'll hear chanting and cheering all day long as teams race to win their heats at the 10th annual Dragon Boat Festival in Rowan County. Teams come from far and wide to take on the competition in this annual festival. The is a day filled with fun for spectators as they watch traditional dragon boats race to the finish line. Vendors, food trucks and tons of fun will be had on High Rock Lake. This event is sponsored by the Rowan Chamber of Commerce.
