    In 1941, the USO was chartered by President Franklin Roosevelt to provide an emotional suppot to troops in WWII. Bob hope became the face of America to the service men and women serving overseas. The Hobgood Players pay tribute to the USO and its entertainers from the WWII era with a collection of tunes from the 1940s. This talented, award winning cast of Jo Ann Josey from Sounds of Gold, Charles Cross & Sharon Hackney of Main Street Cross Ties, Ricky Hale & Jeff Lane, who are frequent performers at the JCC Country Showcase, and Eyes of Emiline, an amazing sister trio who currently perform with Conoho Creek reprise the songs, while Ron Elkins and Luke Whitehead add the comedy.
