24th Annual Gold Hill Founder’s Day

The 24th annual event includes lots of fun for the whole family. A variety of entertainment throughout Gold Hill all day. The Founder’s Day parade kicks off at 10:00 am with the Little Miss and Mister Gold Hill competition starting at 11:00am. BBQ will be served by the Historic Foundation and Gold Hill Men’s Club. Music by MOsART and other groups throughout the afternoon along with heritage living exhibits, hit-and-miss engines, blacksmiths, wood carvers, arts/crafts, gold panning and hayrides. A reenactment of historic Civil War battles will be at 5:00 pm. Also feel free to visit the shops in the Village of Gold Hill located adjacent to the park for unique gifts such as antiques, pottery, Gold Hill souvenirs, and much more!
