Dismal Swamp Canal Welcome Center

The Dismal Swamp Welcome Center provides assistance and information to both highway and waterway travelers on historic sites, attractions, special events and travel conditions. Staff assists with lodging and ferry reservations for visitors. Located on the historic Dismal Swamp Canal, we have a face-dock for recreational boats. Adjacent to Dismal Swamp State Park and Dismal Swamp Canal Trail. Come see us by highway or waterway!
