The Outer Banks Pirate Festival will kick-off on Thursday September 15 and continue with festivities all over the Outer Banks until its conclusion on Sunday, September 18.

Enjoy Pirate history, storytelling, reenactments, shows. Enjoy everything Pirate; entertainment, reenactments, get your picture taken with a Pirate.
